If anyone is interested, I’ve got a few books I’d like to sell. Everything is located in Canada, I’ll ship to the US if you pay for the shipping costs of course. Cat-friendly, non-smoking home. I’ve offered these on homeschool forums ad nauseum with no takers. Honestly, I’d just like to get rid of this stuff and have some pocket money for my troubles, so I won’t turn down a fair offer.

I’ve got:

RightStart Mathematics: Transition Lessons. Excellent condition. A few pencil markings, mostly correcting typos. This is the parent’s manual, you’d need to get the worksheets and manipulatives.

Easy Grammar: Grade 4. Teacher’s edition. Like new, no markings.

Teaching Textbooks, Grade 6 Math. I have the answer book and all CD’s, but you would need to get your own new workbook.

Saxon Math 5/4, Third Edition. Lesson book is in fairly good condition, some pencil markings (no answers, just circled numbers) up to about lesson 30. Some pages have minor water damage (not stuck or illegible or anything like that, just minor wrinkles and light stains). “Tests and Worksheets” book is missing activity sheets for lessons 5 through 20. Many of those are merely “100 facts practice” sheets which are repeated multiple times in the book. The first 3 tests are also missing. The remainder of the book is intact and in very good condition.

Reason for Spelling, level D, Teacher’s Guidebook. Wrinkled corners and front cover torn off, otherwise no markings, no missing pages, etc.

And a couple non-homeschool books, for your interest:

Birthing from Within, England and Horowitz. Excellent used condition, almost like new.

The Baby Book, Sears. 2003 edition. Good used condition.

I also have a few pouch slings for sale, cheap. Here are two of them:

Email me at heather (at) motherbynature.ca to make me an offer on anything, or to ask for more details. Thanks for looking!

I’ve been “officially” blogging now for… oh, about three days… and I’m just having way too much fun to be legal. I’ve upgraded to the latest WordPress software and I’m exploring all the neat little features, learning about “widgets” and “pingbacks” and “RSS feeds”, checking out neat themes and even opportunities to (fingers crossed) make a few dollars along the way.

Like the new Amazon.ca links I just put in the sidebar… these are some of my most recommended books on many parenting topics, either ones I’ve read myself or really, really, really want to! You can help support the site by doing your Amazon shopping through that link.

Even just the minor little things are giving me excessive amounts of jollity… For instance, just 15 minutes ago I found the button to put the “more…” tag in the front page posts! Wow, does that ever make things look nicer. Now you don’t have to scroll through a long boring post to find the interesting one down below… Heh… And earlier today I figured out how to include images in my posts, which is absolutely essential!

Now all I need to do is find some hard drive space to upload my latest camera shots… I have 4 Gigs of pictures and videos, and only 5 Gigs of empty space, and that’s AFTER uninstalling everything non-essential! How does 100 Gigs of space get eaten up so quickly?
