I’m learning to knit… I’ve got the basics and I’m trying some trickier stuff. My new project is a pair of socks (from the toe up!) with a set of double-pointed needles. Lessons learned so far:

Media Problem Solved and Strawberries

After googling about WordPress media upload problems, I browsed lots of irrelevant (about WP 2.5) or inapplicable (about blogs hosted at wordpress.com) or incomprehensible (change security settings to 777 — huh?), I did the simple(and overdue) task of upgrading my WP 2.7 installation to 2.8.
And uploading works now.

Post All Gone…

Holy moley. I made a long post and published it, all about my garden update. Then I used “back” on my browser to get back to a blank ‘new post’ editing page, and made the post about Pomme’s developing counting skills.
